###   Eskuad recauda US$1,6 millones en ronda inicial e ingresa oficialmente a EE.UU.

Eskuad, la startup y plataforma móvil de datos de terreno, anunció un levantamiento de capital de US$1,6 millones. Según comentó la empresa a Forbes Chile, la ronda inicial fue liderada por Outlander VC (Atlanca y NY) e incluyó la participación de Behind Genius Ventures (San Diego, CA), C2Venturs (NY), Mis Inversiones (Santiago, Chile). El levantamiento incluyó un premio de Google para startups y mentores de los programas Techstars, Start-up Chile y Tampa Bay Wave también participaron en la ronda como inversores ángeles.

Max Echeverría, fundador y CEO de Eskuad, detalla que esta primera ronda se logró concretar, en parte, gracias a que cambiaron su modelo de negocio y mejoraron el producto tras su paso por Techstars, donde se les cursó la invitación desde Google Founders Academy y fueron aceptados.
