Yes. The Free plan (First Skuad) supports up to 5 users with no credit card required. You get unlimited form creation, offline-first mobile capture on iOS and Android, and 30-day data history — enough to run a real pilot before committing.

#### Can field workers use eSkuad without an internet connection?

Yes — this is the core of what eSkuad does. The App captures data on-device and MagikSync syncs it automatically the moment connectivity appears, without unnecessary tries or draining battery. No manual sync, no data loss. It works in Atacama mine sites, Patagonian and Maine forest tracts, and offshore platforms where standard apps fail.

#### What is the difference between Pro and Enterprise?

Pro covers unlimited workflows, team management, and 365-day data retention — right for most industrial operations teams. Enterprise adds additional API access, SOC 2 Type 2 compliance certification, 10-year data retention, custom SLA, Enterprise SSO, and a dedicated account manager — designed for Fortune 1000 companies and large multi-site operators with IT governance requirements.

#### How does pricing work for large teams?

Both Pro and Enterprise plans include up to 500 users. You can add user bands on top to scale up to 10,000 users. Above that, we evaluate on a case-by-case basis — contact us and we'll scope it within 24 hours.

#### Is eSkuad SOC 2 Type 2 compliant?

Yes, eSkuad is SOC 2 Type 2. The trust report is available at trust.eskuad.com.

#### What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything. We don't hold data hostage — export to CSV or via API at any time while your account is active.
